Sales Executive – JOB

As a Sales Executive, you will be working within the business development department with a sharp focus on meeting revenue targets for the business. While the nature of the Job may demand that you engage yourself in any relevant task which your immediate manager or Director assigns you, as a minimum you will be expected to:

• Actively engage with product team to understand the products and services you will be offering to clients;
• Be able to explain the use cases, potential, capabilities and limitations of our ecommerce marketplace products to our potential clients;
• Always stay abreast with latest news and updates in the industry and company to better serve the clients and improve products and services
• Actively research e-commerce market and digital banking trends to assess our existing products and their features with regards to their positioning, pricing and overall value;
• Be able to quote on implementation timeline/cost and draft service level agreements for clients
• Actively help sales administrators or client relationship officers in efficiently maturing a lead from simple enquiries (email, phone and social media) to closing deals;
• Help your sales team maintain a log and accounts of sales activity which will be shared within your team for performance assessment;
• Focus on closing a sale by seeking help from your directors at the right time;
• Regularly engage with existing clients and keep warm relations for selling more services and gathering feedback;
• Handle any complaints/feedback on our product/service professionally and as per the Company policy;
• Make use of your multilingual communication skills to coordinate with teams and relate with our diverse clients;
