IT Business Analyst -JOB

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be in charge of assessing information technology systems and making suggestions for how they can better meet business need. While the nature of the Job may demand that you engage yourself in any relevant task which your immediate manager or Director assigns you, as a minimum you will be expected to:

• liaise with internal/external clients in order to analyse business procedure, clarify clients requirements and to define the scope of existing software, hardware and network provision;
• undertake feasibility studies for major IT developments incorporating costs and benefits, and presents proposals to clients;
• communicate the impact of emerging technologies to clients and advises upon the potential introduction of such technology;
• provide advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments;
• examine existing business models and flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems in order to meet clients needs;
• research, analyse, evaluate and monitors network infrastructure and performance;
• work closely with clients to implement new systems.

Eligibility Requirement – 2135 IT Business Analyst

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (or equivalent)
• Experience in IT Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Have visited or lived in Sudan/UAE/Pakistan/KSA/Cambodia
• Experience of working in diverse teams
• Communicate in English and one other language
• Understand basics of E-commerce or digital banking/payments
